The account
When the agency came to us the account had nine posts and seven followers. Brand new, in a business niche, not an entertainment one. The client gave us a website and the intake form, nothing else. Every post and every follower since is the team's work.
What we ran
Daily engagement from the account, by hand, plus the content. A negative number on the following line means people were followed and unfollowed the same day. That is the daily work, not lost followers.
What the dashboard shows
The 30-day view: 357 new followers, growing every day with no spikes. The full view since 2 July: 737 new followers, and the curve starts the week we started. Engagement dips because the account gains thirteen followers a day and posts once, and the formula divides one by the other.
