Terms of service

These terms are the agreement between you and Global Digital Marketing LLC, a Colorado limited liability company at 1942 Broadway Suite 314C, Boulder, CO 80302, USA, for the Organic Growth service. Buying a package or using the dashboard means you accept them.

What the service is

We grow one Instagram account at a time, by hand. A person signs into your account and engages with real people in your niche: following, liking and unfollowing. People who do not follow back are unfollowed later; everyone who followed you stays followed. There is no automation and there are no bots. That is the whole product, and it is why it is slower than the alternatives and why it lasts.

Running more than one Instagram account on the same login is allowed; each account carries its own plan.

What we do not promise

We do not guarantee any particular number of followers, and you should be careful with anyone who does. What we stand behind is that the engagement is manual and that the people who follow you are real people who chose to. Results vary by account, by niche and by how consistently you post.

Who can use it

You need to be at least 18 years old. You must own the Instagram account you sign up, or be authorised by its owner to have it managed. Your Instagram account needs at least 15 posts. Accounts around a month old or older work best. You also agree to keep to Instagram's Terms of Use while we work on your account, and so do we.

Your login

The work is done from inside your account, so we need your password and your two-factor backup codes. They are encrypted at rest and handled as set out in our privacy policy. If you change the password while the service is running, tell us, because the work stops until we can sign in again. When the service ends, change your password. We recommend it, and it is your account.

Instagram is not part of this agreement

Organic Growth is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Instagram makes its own decisions about accounts on its platform. We work by hand and at a deliberate pace, which is the safest way to do this, but nobody can promise you how Instagram will treat an account. We are not responsible for holds, verification prompts, restrictions, suspensions or bans, or for changes Instagram makes to how its service works. Anyone who tells you otherwise is selling you something. If Instagram does flag the account while we work on it, the work stops the same day and you are told; we wait 48 to 72 hours, then resume at a lower pace, and the paused days are added to the end of your month at no extra charge.

Accounts we do not take

There are categories of account we do not work with. If yours falls into one of them we will decline it, or stop a service that has already started, and we are not obliged to say which category applies. We can also stop the service for anyone who asks us to do something against Instagram's rules or against the law.

Payment and cancellation

Prices are in US dollars and are shown before you pay. Cancel any time from your dashboard, with no cancellation fee. A plan runs to the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds, including the money back guarantee, are covered by our refund policy.

Automatic renewal

Every plan is a monthly subscription. It renews automatically at the same price on the same day each month until you cancel, and each renewal is charged to the card on file. Cancel at any time from your dashboard, with one click and no form; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for, and no further charge is made. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. The price of your plan does not change during a month you have paid for.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for lost profit, or for damage to or loss of an Instagram account. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the period the claim relates to. Nothing here takes away a right you hold that cannot be signed away.

Changes to these terms

We can change these terms. The current version lives on this page with the date it was last updated at the top. If a change does not suit you, cancelling takes one click in your dashboard.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, and any dispute belongs to the courts sitting there.
